- Their service for us dropped 1–2 times daily (usually only for a few minutes at a time, but still far too often). - Pushy customer service kept my spouse on the phone for 45 minutes, refusing to process a requested cancellation. - This location in Round Rock is an empty grass field, which was the cherry on top of the entire experience.

WARNING!! DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have cheap service if you buddle but you get what you pay for. I had them for years because they're the only option not anymore for home internet. Terrible horrible miserable service. I was only going to port 1 phone ended up canceling everying internet and phones. You couldn't pay me to use these guys again It me 4 hours to get it to where I was talking to the person I needed to after being hung up on twice while being on hold. Once I got to the person I needed to talk to he said one minute please I'm going to review the recorded call and he came back said I wasn't the the account holder after being verified 3 times. This went on for 10 minutes. I asked to speak with his boss and and then this went on for another 30 minutes while they're generating the port code. DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT.

Went looking for Optimum Store in Round Rock Tx and could never find building. It showed me by McDonald's and the only place there was Honda. No office. If the move they need to update there address. Call them get you the AI machine. All I want is to return their equipment since they don't care. I can't rate them with any stars

Worst company in the world! I tried to cancel in August. After a 2 hour phone call they insisted on giving us 2 months free. Fine whatever. Called in October to AGAIN cancel. 3 hours later finally got a confirmation email saying they recieved request to cancel and label to send back equipment. Sent back equipment, yet they are continuing to bill us. I had to dispute it with my credit card and they are still sending bills! Tried calling numerous times and just get the run around and hours of being on the phone. Worst company I have ever done business with!!!! Just don't sign up with them! Find anything else!

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!! They are literally the worse and I've had Spectrum! They mess up the bill so much so that they had to refund me $180!!!!! They have outages that last for hours once or twice a month...the customer service is so bad it's almost a joke! Like, you will literally find yourself looking at your phone to make sure your calling an actual company. They have crazy rate hikes and don't tell you before it happens so you expect one auto draft amount and end up with something completely different. They push cellphone service on you that DOES NOT WORK! I'm convinced that the only good reviews are from employees who are trying to help fix ratings. Please please listen to me and if possible AVOID THIS COMPANY 🙏🏿
